Please note, that while we do list availability information for products sold by us on the website, we cannot guarantee the specific availability of individual items.  In the event that any product you have ordered is not available for despatch we will inform you via email or telephone. 

Despite out best efforts, from time to time, some products listed on our site may be mis-priced.  If a products correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.  If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you to notify you of the correction in price before despatch, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
