Returning a Product
All returns must be in perfect condition, and with their original packaging. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are scratched, damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. In these situations, the items will be returned to you at your own cost.
Included with your original order will be an invoice and return form. Please provide all relevant information including your reason for the return. This information will help us deal with your return as quickly as possible and also help us to improve the quality of your products in the future.
Any funds being returned to you can only be actioned via your original payment method. Refunds normally show within 72 hours of being processed, however please be aware that some card issuers may take longer to reallocate the funds, which is beyond our control.
We advise all customers returning any goods to do so via a traceable method such as registered mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Except in cases of damaged, faulty or mis-described goods, customers are obliged to meet all expenses of retuning goods.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers have the right to cancel the contract for purchase with us at any time within the seven working days of the day after the day on which the customer receives the goods (the “seven day cooling off period”).
To cancel your contract within the seven day cooling off period, please notify us in writing by email (customercare@kennethsomersyeates.com) before the expiry of the cooling off period. Please package the relevant goods securely and send them to us within 21 days following the date the items were delivered to you. All returns must be received in perfect condition and with their original packaging.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
If we receive notice of your cancellation of this order within the seven day cooling off period, we will refund the purchase price for that item together with the items normal postage charge.
If you are a customer outside of the EU you have the right to cancel your purchase with us at any time within the seven working days after the customer received the goods. We will refund any postage charge as well as the cost of the goods if you cancel the contract within this time.
If you receive your goods in a damaged condition, we will replace them free of charge provided that you give us written notification of such damage within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery in order that we may comply with our carriers conditions of carriage.
