Insurance & Lost Goods
All goods sold through kennethsomersyeates.com remain our property and responsibility until they have been delivered to the specified delivery address and payment has been received in full. Items are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer.
In the unlikely event that goods are misplaced or damaged on their way to you Kenneth Somers-Yeates will ensure a replacement is sent directly to you, and can arrange for the collection of any damaged items.
Any discrepancy of order contents received must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to our Customer Services team – all packaging (both outer packaging and internal contents) must be kept in order to make a claim.
If you suspect your goods have been lost please contact our Customer Services team within 28 days of ordering.
If you receive your goods in a damaged condition, we will replace them free of charge provided that you give us written notification of such damage within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery in order that we may comply with our carriers conditions of carriage. Once successful delivery has been made to the specified delivery address and payment has been received in full, you will own the goods and they will cease to be our responsibility.
